Does the price include RFID hardware?
No. The $5,000 covers the JewelSteps software, including RFID scan-to-invoice support — RFID readers and scanners (e.g. Chainway handheld or industrial devices) are hardware and are purchased separately.
What is AMC, and is it mandatory?
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is 15% of your one-time license cost, billed yearly, and covers ongoing support, updates and maintenance so your system stays current.
